About Location Leeds

Leeds is one of the UK's most successful cities with a highly active and thriving public and private property sector. This fact is demonstrated by the success of Location Leeds, which is the unique public-private sector partnership responsible for promoting the city at MIPIM, as well as its very active Property Forum which, with over 600 members, is by far the most active of any similar forum in the UK.

Over the past five years, Location Leeds and its partners have successfully raised the profile of the city to become one of Europe's top 30 business locations, attracted major new investment along the way and millions of pounds worth of new business to Leeds-based companies. 

At the same time, the Leeds Property Forum has been instrumental in shaping key developments in the city including the Tall Buildings Strategy, Transport and Business Facilities, as well as assisting in critical areas such as funding.
